THE GIRL/EDGE GUIDE TO PLANT-FOCUSED MEAL PLANNING

I’ve never been into diets so I won’t promote any one diet as the best diet for you (I’m not qualified to do that, anyway). Instead, I’ll share that in the last few years, I’ve increased the abundance of plants in my meals and I feel great. My hair, skin, and nails are healthier than ever and my energy level is better than ever.

By becoming more plant-focused, animal products have become less common place on my plate and I don’t miss them. It was a transition that wasn’t hard because I didn’t force it on myself or my family. If you have ever considered (or tried without success) a vegan or vegetarian diet, this is the course for you. It’s a different take on changing how you eat without labels, stress, and judgment.
